The Thermo Scientific Orion 5-Star ph/RDO/Conductivity portable meter simultaneously displays pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity and temperature on a large backlit LCD, a quick start guide with calibration instructions makes this device simple to use in every mode. Featuring an auto read and hold function enable the user to easily view readings and hold them for ease of recording. A built in barometer ensures automatic pressure correction for dissolved oxygen readings with the option for manual correction. Automatic salinity correction is carried out when taking dissolved oxygen measurements from the conductivity probe and pH calibrations are carried out between 1 and 5 points with automatic calibration and buffer recognition. This device is hard wearing suitable for use in the field with superior abrasion and chemical resistance. It is housed in an IP67 rated meter housing and IP68 rated RDO senor casing to ensure durability. Long lasting battery life enables 1000 hours of operation in Auto-Read mode. Transfer of data is a simple process using RS232 port for easy data downloading and software updates.
