Overview

The Siemens Transmag 2 flow transmitters are designed for heavy-duty applications such as pulp & paper stock over 3%; heavy mining slurries and mining slurries with magnetic particles. This is a truly robust option compatible with911 flowmeters.

It has high signal-to-noise ratio by transient phenomenon - 10 times higher than the pulse DC version, 2 times higher than the pulse AC system in the market.

Measurement of magnetically conductive media is possible by measurement of the field strength in the transducer. Solids up to 85% and two phase materials are not a problem for this technology. It comes complete with self-cleaning electrodes, self-diagnostics for error detection and a mulit-lingual display.
