The Solinst 408 Double Valve Pump (DVP) is a pneumatic-drive pump which consistently delivers high quality samples. It is extremely popular in the field, having proven itself in countless applications, without ever requiring a bladder replacement.
The DVP is consistent, providing excellent performance. It offers higher pumping rates, which prevail over the Solinst Bladder Pump. There is a selection of sizes and materials available including variable flow rates and it is field serviceable.
The DVP is suitable for both low flow sampling and regular flow sampling. The stainless steel pumps can operate up to depths of 500ft (150m), and the PVC models can operate at depths up to 100ft (30m), making sampling easy.

Size and Material Options |
Solinst offers double valve pumps in either 316 stainless steel with Viton® o-rings, or in PVC with a polyethylene filter. The two standard pump body sizes are: Standard dedicated systems use 1/4” (6mm) sample and 3/8” (10 mm) drive LDPE tubing. Portable systems use dual 1/4 (6mm) skip-bonded LDPE lined with PTFE/FEP. Adaptors for both 1/4” and 3/8” (6 mm and 10 mm) tubing are included. The Micro Double Valve Pump is flexible, 3/8” (10 mm) diameter, PTFE/FEP Pump. It is ideal for low flow sampling in narrow applications. |
