Introducing our all new Technical Support Ticketing System - taking our support to the next level


Here at RS Hydro we are taking our support system to the next level, we are delighted to introduce the new Technical Support Ticketing System. In order for us to support you better we have developed our new Support Center so that customers can raise specific questions or queries and can track progress and receive responses online.

This simple process requires a simple form to be completed click here with as much information as possible, once submitted an e-mail will be generated with an assigned ticket number and a link to follow the ticket's progress online.

After a ticket has been created any additional information can be added simply by logging in using the provided link and updating the ticket. There is no requirement to open a new ticket.
