Overview

The Probe is an ultrasonic liquid level sensor for monitoring of liquids and slurries in open or closed channels. The ultrasonic transducer can be ETFe or PVDF copolymer, which means The Probe can be used in a wide variety of applications. It is also easy to install and maintain. Reliability is based upon Sonic Intelligence echo processing algorithms. A filter discriminates between true and false echoes from acoustic or electrical noises and the agitator blades in motion. The ultrasonic pulse propagation time to the material and back is temperature-compensated and converted into distance for display, analog output and relay actuation.
