Overview

Get all the information you need quicker and easier using the Thermo Scientific™ Orion Star™ A215 pH/Conductivity Benchtop Multiparameter Meter. All information is clearly displayed on the large backlit graphic LCD which shows individual pH/mV/RmV or conductivity/TDS/salinity and resistivity results all with temperature and the option of all results at the same time. The A215 pH/Conductivity Benchtop Multiparameter Meter also provides additional information for ease of use such as electrode status, time, date, sample ID, user ID and calibration. Readings will never be missed using the AUTO-READ™ feature which locks in stable readings, all of which can be viewed in a choice of supported languages - English, Spanish, French, Italian, German and Chinese.

There are many additional features to using the A215 Meter and these are:

  • Errors can be fixed without the need for a complete calibration with up to five point pH calibration with automatic recognition for USA/NIST™ and DIN buffers and calibration editing
  • Use two or four cell conductivity cells with selectable cell constant
  • Selection of reading reference temperatures of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25°C with linear, nonlinear nLFu or EP curve options for accurate conductivity results
  • Choice of practical salinity or natural sea water curves for salinity readings
  • Easy transfer of data and option to keep data up to date with the USB and RS232 ports and data analysis software
  • Samples can easily be mixed without a stir plate with direct control of the Orion Star stirrer probe (096019) sold separately
  • Nonvolatile memory which holds up to 2000 data points
  • IP54 rated housing handles splashes
  • Included electrode arm and newly designed probe holder makes it easier to maintain and place probes into samples
