If a faster and more convenient control is required the Alpha pH 190 is the perfect solution, this controller features 6 easily accessible sub-menus accessed via a four button keypad. Easy set-up, quick calibration with USA/NIST buffer recignition and direct access to set point adjustment is all at the touch of a button. Uninterrupted, clear readings are displayed using the symmetrical mode of operation even in electronically noisy environments. During periods of maintenance and calibration the controller freezes data transmission and relay activites for ease of use for the user.
Two SPDT relays with independent hysteresis provide effective high/low set points limit control for minimal relay chattering. Variable 85 to 250 VAC, 50/60 Hz or DC input enables the controller to be used over a wide range of supply voltages and the full-scale 4 to 20 mA galvanically isolated current output for process control.
A user friendly feature is the choice of automatic or manual temperature compensation, with three-wire system which compensates errors due to cable resistance to enhance user experience. Plus for enhanced security this controller/transmitter comes complete with two levels od password to protect against unauthorised tampering.
